Yes, I have not finished the game prototype yet.
But I have not abandoned this game either! No really, it's just a matter of time, as always.
It's just so damn hard to focus right now! I have SO MUCH going on, and the way I am, I am also keeping myself happy with videogames and ultimate despite all the tasks I need to do. I am in the middle of finals right now with 5 exams in the next 2 weeks so that's that.
Then there is lots and lots of stuff to organize for Gaffenberg, the huge kids summer camp which is also a big part of me and therefore quite important deal every year.
So right now I am basically studying and organizing stuff, not programming a single bit (pun intended), but I will go back in to this work flow probably in September. For me learning and working on projects is like going with the flow, the waves of energy that go in different directions. For the beginnin of the year, I had waves going towards gamedeving, and for the time being they're crashing on Gaffenberg, Gaming and Music. And this is okay! That's the way I work and I have to deal with it. Once I am back into programming though, you can expect some stuff to look at, but for now I have to take care of the exams and prepare an awesome summer at my favourite place in the world with thousands of kids!

More excuses! NOT ANYMORE!
Finals in 2 weeks, I missed lots of classes during my travelling time and I had to make up for it, I've worked two jobs and had to deal with stupid wallet issues, I am looking for a new place to stay, and and...
Let's stop all these stupid excuses and just focus on finishing what I have started!
I've started that puzzle game, and my progress is... well, just have a look:
What I have done so far.
(Use arrow keys to move around the cursor. That's it)
And then go ahead and have a look at the changelog.
It's not entirely true, but reflects the project in a pretty good way.
Anyways, I have also purchased a new game, and as some people of you know, I am still a huge Nintendo fan and yes, I do like games that seem to be for little kids, but are actually super cool but most of the people do not understand.
I bought Animal Crossing New Leaf for the 3DS, and it's super fun!
Okay anyways, I don't have ton of time to talk about things I want to do in the future or whatnot. I have to learn for finals now and try to wrap up that puzzle game.
See you!

Triforce Puzzle: MAYbe delayed; Travelling!
May game not finished in May, but will be done; Germany, Luxembourg, Holland, Belgium, France, Denmark, Sweden - Travel blog;
This has probably been one of the craziest months I had ... so far in my life - in a very positive way of course.
But #GameDev News first:
As you can tell from the title, because of the crazy circumstances, I will not be able to publish my May Game in May. Not even in the OneGameAMonth deadline ending in June 4th (maybe a prototype?).
But, as I have promised, this project is not grounded at all. I will finish it in June, hopefully very quickly, so I can work on my June/July game in C++ again (@Koutyboy, I'll need your help!).
So why the hack is this month's game delayed again?
Yeah I know, it's the second game in a row that I couldn't finish within a month. That doesn't mean I'm not trying!
In April it was mainly because I first had to learn C++, and then programming a game in C++ and I am still lacking a lot of programming skills! I even bought a "C++ GameDev" book!
May was different, though. In the middle of my second semester I was travelling around, coming to a crazy total of 7 countries I have visited or at least travelled through.
As you may know from my previous post, @MeganPraz was visiting in May, and after the exploration of some parts of Germany I was tagging along to Amsterdam and Paris for a week.
And if this wasn't enough of travelling and missing a lot of school, I am currently far up north in Sweden with my Mum after a crazy road trip of roughly 2,5k km (1,5k miles) checking out the outback!
The most confusing thing here really is, that currently in the summer the sun never goes down completely and it's always light out.. it's midnight right now and I am not used to this at all!
Anyway, I should go to sleep, because tomorrow we are going to drive the whole way from Skelleftea back to Heilbronn and it's going to be extremely stressful on my body and mind, I could use some more sleep!
Here are some expressions of the Sweden trip so far:

Have a wonderful day, and stay tuned for progress on my game! Starting Monday, the crazy travel days have ended, and it's just some more crazy university learning and #GameDev-ing going on!
